A 50% deposit is required to begin production, and full payment must be completed prior to collecting finished products. Payment serves as acceptance of all details, including any provided artwork, and allows us to proceed without further authorization once received. 2. **Production Quality Assurance:** - We aim for accurate color matching; however, exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to variations in thread and ink. While sizes of apparel may vary, print sizes will remain consistent. If customers provide their own apparel, CaLogos will not be liable for any damage during printing. Additionally, a surcharge will apply for customer-supplied apparel due to specialized handling requirements. 3. **Artwork Approval and Timeliness:** - Sample proofs can be requested, and customers must approve artwork within 4 business days to ensure timely production. If approval is not received within this time, we retain the right to proceed without authorization. Customers may request up to three artwork or digitizing revisions per payment. By opting for RUSH service, the client forfeits the right to refunds or free corrections for production errors due to expedited handling. 4. **Order Modification Policy:** - Customers may request changes to their order (e.g., size, color, style) at any time. However, we are not responsible for modifications made mid-order if the order is already in processing. All change requests must be submitted via email or customer service chat. 5. **Cancellation and Refund Policy:** - If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be processed minus a **20% administrative cancellation fee** and the cost of any artwork or digitizing completed prior to notification. **No refunds will be offered once physical production (including material ordering, screen burning, or embroidery setup) has begun.** 6. **Dispute Resolution:** - In cases of disputes, both parties agree first to seek resolution through mediation. If unresolved, arbitration will be pursued in accordance with California law.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday.
